At Erzurum Technical University (ETU), various training sessions, seminars, and conference
workshops have started for students participating in the ISKUR Workforce Training Program.
The program aims to provide students with practical work experience while developing
essential skills for professional life.
Within the scope of the joint program by ETU and ISKUR, students working in different
university departments attend trainings on topics such as work discipline, work ethics, time
management, effective communication, teamwork, basic office applications, and occupational
safety. In addition, academics deliver conferences on the labor market, CV preparation,
interview techniques, and career planning.
The year-long program is designed not only to give students work experience but also to
contribute to their personal and professional development.
