Seven projects prepared by student communities at Erzurum Technical University (ETU) have been selected to receive support within the scope of the 6th Term of the University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (UNIDES), conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Within the framework of the UNIDES program implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, projects developed by university student communities continue to be evaluated and supported. According to the results of the program’s sixth term, the projects developed by student communities operating within ETU aim to contribute to students’ academic and social development through various activities and initiatives to be carried out in different fields.
In his evaluation regarding the program, ETU Rector Prof. Dr. Bulent Çakmak emphasized that student communities constitute an important component of university life and stated:
“Universities are not only institutions that produce academic knowledge but also environments that support the social, cultural, and scientific development of students. In this regard, the activities carried out and the projects developed by our student communities are of great importance to us. We are extremely pleased that our young people produce projects by acting with a strong team spirit and that these projects are supported. I congratulate our students and the academic advisors who contributed to these projects and hope that the projects will be successfully implemented.”
